About the Campbell River Arts Council
The Campbell River Community Arts Council (CRCAC) is a registered society and a registered charity that works quietly behind the scenes every day to enhance the life of our community. We are involved in countless initiatives to further the arts, and help individual artists at various stages in their working life. We partner with many community organizations, liaise with service groups and various levels of government, and we are also the umbrella group for many local arts and culture organizations, such as the Campbell River Art Gallery, Campbell River and District Museum, Tidemark Theatre and more.
Members of the Arts Council participate in every aspect of the arts, from visual fine arts such as painting and sculpture, to performing arts such as theatre, dance and music, to the written arts of poetry and literature; wherever the imagination has been applied to create something of value.
